Why I'm Not Posting As Much...

The past 6 months were one of the most exciting and interesting periods of my life.

I shut down a 2 year old sales agency I was running to start an AI Agency because I saw the future and decided to place a bet on my convictions. There were no guarantees but It worked out.

I started my first YouTube channel and documented every step in the process. This also turned out great! I gained a small - yet growing and loyal audience. Thank you guys! This is something I wished I started sooner btw.

I made countless mistakes - trust me, but one thing I did right was:

Almost every activity I spent time on was revenue generating. Doing outreach, making content, getting on sales calls - everything to get in-front of new customers, that’s why I was able to grow my agency quickly.

After 6 months of heavily focusing on acquiring new clients, I had to address the elephant in the room.

My businesses, both my agency and my consulting business, lacked systems. I was (and still am) a one person team - trying to juggle everything. I can do it - I can stay on this level, make $15,000 - $20,000 per month profit and live comfortably here in Cyprus but my business philosophy doesn’t permit that.

In business, you are either growing or shrinking. There’s no such thing as staying stagnant. Even when you want to maintain on a certain level - you still need to continue the work that got you there in the first place. There’s no such thing as passive income.

On top of that, I’m not satisfied where I’m at. I wanna keep playing the game. See how far I can go. If it all fails one day, i’ll start again. The skills are there.

With that said, why I’m I not posting as often?

Every time I post a video, I get a bunch of requests from people who either want to work with my agency or get my help to grow theirs.

Without systems in place, my businesses can’t scale.

I will be spending the next few weeks developing a group coaching program - to transition from 1-1 as well as figuring out ways to build a team for my agency.

That way, I can help a lot more people, work less and make a shit load of money.

I’m basically shifting my focus from front end activities to back end activities. This way, when the new year comes, I’ll be able to lean hard on front-end again, with a really good product in place and scale.

I will still try to make at least one upload a week so I don’t get rusty and my YouTube momentum doesn’t die out.

In any case, this is just the beginning!

Thanks
