When I understood this, my life changed...

Business problems don’t exist, there are only personal problems that manifest in your business. Let me explain…

You start your AI agency from scratch.

You’re the only person making inputs into your newly born company, which by extension means that your agency will be a reflection of you. You’re the one doing all the work.

The bad news is that your personal problems and weaknesses will show up in your business in all shapes and forms.

You fear failure more than you want success? You won’t take the necessary risks or make the investments to grow, so your business will stay stagnant or not grow as fast.

You’re lazy? You won’t do the necessary work. You’ll slack off on important but boring activities that generate revenue.

You’re distracted? You will be a feather in the wind, never being able to focus on getting done projects or campaigns that require patience and perseverance.

Entrepreneurship is marvellous.

It will expose ALL of your personal weaknesses, all of your inadequacies to you.

You will be faces with 2 options.

Change and growth or contraction and stagnation.

Getting to $10,000/mo and staying there, is as simple as stop being your own biggest obstacle.

My own worst enemy used to be distractions.

When I first started touching “serious” money, $20,000 - $30,000 p/m - I lost focus. I became entitled.

I was 19 - 20 at the time, I started drinking more than ever, partying, buying ounces of weed for personal use.

Here I was a rich 20 year old ruining my life.

Your income will rarely exceed your level of personal development. And even if it does, like it did for me - you won’t stay there for long.

Your goal shouldn’t just be the money. Your goal should be to become the person who deserves what you want. That’s the surest way of getting and staying there.

Discipline, diligence, courage, patience, vision, these attributes are what ultimately get you to the top.

Everyone can learn the techniques and strategies to book sales calls, create good offers and what have you. Very few people can muster enough will and focus to implement them over a long period of time.

Right now it’s 7:30 am.

I have a mountain of work ahead of me. I’m staying fasted, caffeinated and nicotinated to pull this off. I’m working on a BIG thing that I will be announcing soon - so stay tuned for that. This is my life’s work. I also have 4 calls today and i want to film a video too - I’ll probably finish by 9PM.

If you can solve your personal problems or at least some of them, overcome the weaknesses in your character, you’ll be able to do the same or even better.

There’s no substitute for hard work. I didn’t learn to work hard until I was forced to. In school, the only reason I was doing better than everyone else was because I was smarter.

Business is much less forgiving, dumb, ugly and non-charismatic dudes will run circles around you just because they’re laser beamed focus and you’re not!

Competition drives me a LOT! I guess I have too big of an “ego” to accept someone beating me (Which happens more often than I would like to admit). I take it as an insult to my manhood.

Thought I would open up with you and share my thoughts,

Enjoy the rest of your day :)
