Whenever I meet a successful person, I always carefully observe EVERYTHING about them and I ask A LOT of questions. The way they talk, the mental habits they project, their story, their background…ALL OF IT - because I’m interested in success.

Funny enough, the common theme in successful AI Agency owners is the following:

About 40% of them come from a business background, 40% come from a technical background and that remaining 20% are just “normal” people with a completely irrelevant background that just capitalised on the opportunity - however ALL OF THEM, know A TON about building and selling AI Automations.

There are 2 sides to the coin and these people have mastered both. That way they understand the business from the inside and out.

Most people with software related background are very smart. They know how to build complex automation systems that will blow your mind BUT oftentimes their weakness is business experience.

They struggle with creating a good offer, finding their niche, booking sales calls and closing them - but when they do manage to close a client - they’re savages.

The business people on the other hand, just massacre the sales part of the business. They have clients lined up and they usually make more money, however, when they close a client - they often don’t do as good a job.

In my mind, it’s not about having one or the other - YOU NEED BOTH!

This is what extremely successful AI Agency owners have in common.

With these attributes, you gain a different kind of competitive advantage that MOST people don’t have.

You can wear two hats at the same time! You’re a more competent technician because you know about business and you’re a more competent business man (or woman for that 1%) because you know about tech.

It’s the perfect balance!
