Without a website, without testimonials, without even being a “true expert” on AI, I was able to convince a business to give me $5,000 to help them implement AI.

For most people this can take 3-4 months. I did it in 2 weeks. Why?

#1 - Speed

One lesson business taught me is that speed is crucial. Businesses go bankrupt because they don’t manage to generate enough money, quickly enough.

I didn’t wait for everything to be perfect, I started taking sloppy action and I learnt on the go. I didn’t have time to waste. Boom boom boom! Learn to move fast.

#2 - Action

I met a billionaire at Hilton. He took more action during the 2 hours we were together than the average person will take in a week. I applied this lesson in my AI agency.

The average AI agency owner will do 50 outreaches a day on one platform. Average never gets you results. I do 500 or 1000 across different platforms.

#3 - High ROI activities

A business is “money in”. A website isn’t a business, a domain isn’t a business, an LLC isn’t a business, a logo isn’t a business - non of that. In the beginning, it’s all about front end activities.

Marketing and sales. They are the lifeblood of a business.

#4 - Luck

Luck is always present. I walk through life thinking that I’m the luckiest MFer around. Last year I won a $1,000 gym membership out of 500 people. If you believe you’re lucky, you will be!

It’s really that simple guys.

Focus on selling, do more outreach than what you think is necessary, get shit done quickly and believe that you’re lucky and things will work out.
