Why self-improvement is a myth...

Most self improvement advice is mental masturbation.

In reality what matters is training your mind to be your own best ally instead of a daily obstacle you have to fight against.

That’s a phase everyone destined for greatness goes through btw.

You have to build your confidence from zero, you must believe that you’re THE man and never doubt yourself ever again - and that’s a lengthy process.

Waking up early makes you more likely to make money because it gives you more time to work, not because of some fairytale reason.

If you’re waking up early but you’re still not doing anything productive with that soare time, then you might as well get some more sleep.

Cause = Effect

No-fap offers no direct benefits to making you money.

There are rich people that wank off and poor people that do it.

The problem is when it’s harming your confidence by making you feel guilty or taking too much of your time.

Don’t be confused by all the fuss and smoke people bait you with to click on their video.

What matters is DOING the thing that makes the ding $.

Everything else is a facade.

If something stands as a distraction to you doing the work, for example video games, then you simply want to play video games more than you want to make money.

Nothing wrong with that, but you’ll get what you’re after.

It’s not about “personal development” bs, it’s about forcing yourself to do stuff you don’t want to do everyday.

But I guess it depends how you view it.

Hope you get my point!
