IMPORTANT Update On My AI Agency...

I wanted to give you a quick update on what’s going on in my agency ai solved behind the scenes, since I haven’t made a video update yet.

So far this month, I signed 3 clients for $11.3k total and 2 of the projects were delivered successfully (thank God) - one is on it’s way!

I’m super happy with my developer so far, he’s fast, prioritises communication and my guy has a ton of experience (over 10 years)…

Finding an A player developer that you can afford is like searching for a needle in a haystack. It took me countless of interviews to find him and I admit that I underestimated how difficult this will turn out to be but for now it seems like it’s rolling smooth.

I’m currently thinking about asking my 2 clients for some referrals but I’ll probably wait a few more weeks to a month to refine their project and make sure they’re fully satisfied.

Another reason I’ll wait is because I know my 2 real estate clients in Dubai are well connected and I’ll probably get an influx of interest coming from them so I want to ensure that my dev can handle more work successfully, I don’t want to overwhelm him because as for now, he’s also taking on work on his own.

Quality in this game is everything. It’s one thing to build an AI assistant that makes calls and it’s a whole other thing to ensure that is functional across every single scenario your clients encounter.

So far, we’re moving fast and strong, I haven’t encountered any major pitfalls yet and i’m looking forward to see what kind of revenue I can generate next month.
